
Considering the ubiquity of cellphones and blogging, it’s easy to forget about a simpler time when everyone relied on land line telephones and answering machines to keep in touch. One of my favorite Seinfeld episodes (ever) revolves around George’s answering machine message and the act of screening calls. I usually overlook these stills when editing so I wanted to honor a few of my favorite telephone moments in film in no particular order…
